Five years ago TODAY you took my hands, then got down on one knee and asked me to be your wife. You gave me the gift of eternal love.
Four years ago, I was a newlywed learning to be your wife. I wasn't always good at it, but you have stuck through it with me and have given me not only a husband and roomate, but a best friend and companion.
Three years ago, I was a few months pregnant with our dear sweet Montana Belle and together we prepared each other to be parents. You helped to give me the gift of motherhood.
Two years ago, we were new parents with a 7 month old. We were learning more and more everyday about how to be parents. On top of all of those responsibilities, you were a recent college graduate, studying and preparing for your licenses and deciding on your career. You've given us the gift of being an amazing provider.
A year ago, we took a big leap of faith and you helped to give me my dream job-a stay at home mother and homemaker. Although we have experienced trials of faith, we've been blessed ten fold for this decision and I don't know that our little family has ever been more prosperous or happy. Thank you for making the sacrifices each day to provide so amazingly so that we can continue to give this gift to our children and our family.
TODAY, we are still working on expanding our family, working hard to support, sustain and give quality of life to each other and Montana and truly enjoying every minute of it. Our life is so blessed and amazing and I'm grateful every day for the little gifts you provide me with as my husband, best friend and companion: you're sense of humor, hard work, positive attitude, motivation to work towards our goals together, your passion for me and our marriage, your passion for life and success, the amazing father you are and the gift of time, energy, efforts and love that you give to our baby girl every opportunity that you get.
My life is truly a gift every day with you by my side and I love you more and more with each passing year. I'm so excited to watch this list get 60 and 70 years longer and pile up the gifts that being you're eternal companion blesses me with yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Happy engagement anniversary!! It went by really fast. By the way, Hannah has watched that video of Montana clapping to the Disney Playhouse song probably 50 times. She loves to clap along:)
