Disneyland- Day 1

This past weekend we took our second trip of the year to Disneyland. My family all decided to plan a trip before Logan turns 19 and leaves on a mission, something we did before my other brother, David, went on his mission. We all decided that for a group our size, going on weekdays would be best for crowd control so we planned it for Monday and Tuesday. Marc and I decided that since we have annual passes, we would go a few days early and enjoy some time, just the three of us. We got up at 3 A.M. Saturday morning and Marc drove the whole way to L.A. We arrived there about 10AM, pre-checked in for our hotel and walked over to the park.

As is tradition, the first ride of the trip was to Pirates of the Caribbean. Montana and Daddy getting ready to ride.

Montana knows what a pirate says!

The merry-go-round is an absolute favorite...

Montana experienced a lot of emotions on the Fantasy Land rides...one of them looks like a bit of terror.
Some sillyness...
In line for Winnie the Pooh...

After a lot of Fantasy Land fun, and the Winnie the Pooh ride, we decided to take Montana over to California Adventure to try out the new Toy Story Mania ride.

She thought the 3D glasses were cool...and the best part to her was "my own!" pair. Toy Story Mania is a super cool ride, definitely worth the wait in line.
The soft serve was calling our names on the way back across the boardwalk of California Adventure.

We ventured over to Bug's Land and rode the always super cute Heimlich ride...

Mom and Dad buggin' out...

Tana liked to stop and enjoy the scenery.

She thought this "just her size" seat was very cool...

The picture taking for day one came to a close about this point...we soon ate dinner and headed back to the hotel for some much needed rest...three more days were left to go in the Happiest Place on Earth.
